Our girls are beloved pets first and foremost. They sleep on our beds, nap on our laps, and spend their days playing with toys, racing each other through the backyard, and joining us on car rides. On cold nights you’ll find them snuggled in their pyjamas, and we’re forever brushing prickles out of their curls after their outdoor adventures.

They share a beautiful mother–daughter bond and, when puppies arrive, they co-parent with the sweetest teamwork — tending, cleaning, and cuddling together. Watching them raise their little ones side by side is one of the many joys of life at Inglenook Farm.

We take great care to keep our girls healthy and happy. Our amazing veterinary team supports us every step of the way, ensuring Bonney and Josie receive the very best care. When planning their litters, we choose mating matches thoughtfully — considering not only genetics but also temperament and personality. Our breeding program is always guided by one goal: the betterment of the breed. We believe both girls, and their beautiful puppies, truly reflect that standard.

Bonney is the heart of our home — gentle, graceful, and endlessly kind. She was our mum’s “grief buddy” and brought light back into our family after losing Dad. Elegant and soft-natured, with long bangs that frame her big brown eyes, Bonney carries herself with quiet confidence. She was named by Dad and used to ride on his lap in his wheelchair; to this day she still reminds Josie that she’s the boss, politely claiming first pick of laps.

Josie is our pint-sized joy machine. She was born on Dad’s birthday, making her extra special to us. Smaller than Bonney but bursting with personality, she has no concept of personal space — blink and she’s on your shoulder, flopped across your chest, ready for cuddles. She’s famous for her “trust falls,” leaning back for belly rubs with total faith. With her head of red curls and cheeky smile, Josie loves car rides, trips to Bunnings, and any chance to play. From the moment she watched Bonney raise her last litter, we knew she’d make an incredible mum — and she truly has, caring for every pup as if it were her own.

Together, Bonney and Josie are the heart and soul of Inglenook Farm — two girls who embody everything we love about Cavoodles: gentleness, joy, and a love of family above all else.
